Our Team

Is an educationist with several years of experience in teaching and working with children. She is a founding member of OELP and has been instrumental in developing the OELP methodologies which are rooted in real classroom practice.

Is from Ajmer. She has an in-depth understanding of the local context. Has over twenty years of experience of working with rural women. Has also taught primary school children from Govt. schools and is currently overseeing the implementation of the OELP programmes.

Has a background in education and twenty years of experience in administration and teaching in schools and colleges.

Is a resident of Sinodia village. He operates the computer and has played an active role in developing teaching material, activities, and games based on local adaptations. He is an enthusiastic and creative worker.

Is a resident of Phaloda village. He joined on 04 January 2014.

Is a resident of Ramgarh Village. He joined on 02 January 2011.

Is a resident of Nalu Village. She joined on 08 January 2014
